The bedtime guide
A good routine at bedtime will help to relax and prepare your child for the night ahead. It’s important to create your own routine that works for your family, but try to incorporate the following elements:
|Bath time fun||A bath before bedtime will allow your child to unwind through play. Warm water, some bubble bath and chatting about the day’s events are the perfect way to relax.|
|Soothe the senses||Soothing strokes and cuddles can be very comforting to a child who may be worried about staying dry for the night ahead.|

In case of an accident...
