Please ensure you read the Terms & Conditions before taking part in this promotion.

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. RESTRICTIONS

a)       Open to residents of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 16 years or over.

b)      Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion may not participate.

2. PROMOTION DATES

a)       Entries open Thursday 26th January 2017 and close at 23:59 on Friday 28th February 2017.

3. ENTRY

a)       Internet access is required to enter into the promotion.

b)      To enter into the promotion participants must submit a review for either DryNites® Pyjama Pants or DryNites® Bed Mats on the HUGGIES® DryNites® UK site.

c)       No purchase necessary for entry.

4. NUMBER OF ENTRIES ALLOWED

a)       One entry per HUGGIES® DryNites® customer which must only be made using the link provided in the DryNites® email.

b)      All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes or any multiple entries submitted by multiple or other invalid e-mail addresses or by any other means are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.

c)       The promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify all entries and winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement where there is, or the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or entry requirements.

5. PRIZES

a)       The prize consists of 1x £300 Asda gift voucher. Terms and conditions for the voucher are available at www.drynites.co.uk/bvpromo-terms-conditions

b)      1 x prize winner will be selected at random using an independent automated selection system, from the database of all correct entries received, and notified by email within two weeks of the closing date.

c)       After a 'winner notification' email is sent to the prize winner from HUGGIES® (the Promoter) and the claim for a prize is not received by the Promoter within 28 days of such notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.

d)      HUGGIES® handling house will send the prize directly to the winner's address which is stated in the DryNites® member’s registration page, unless otherwise specified.

e)      There are no cash or other alternative prizes available, in whole or in part, except owing to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.

f)        The Promoter's decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

g)       The winner's name and county will be available within 7 business days of the competition closing on www.drynites.co.uk for a period of three months.

6. PUBLICITY/COPYRIGHT

a)       The winner may be required to take part in reasonable related publicity with no further recompense.

b)      By participating in the promotion the entrants licence and grants the promoter an exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display such content for any purpose in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability. Participants agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use where the moral rights in respect of the content are theirs to assert. Participants warrant that the materials contain no copyright materials, are their original works, have not been copied,  in whole or in part, from any third party and they have full authority to grant these rights.

7. DISCLAIMER

a)       No responsibility will be accepted for any entries that cannot be made or are not received or included in the draw for any reason whatsoever.

b)      If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries/claims. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

c)       The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

d)      If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

e)      Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

 8. DATA COLLECTION

a)           As a registered member of the HUGGIES® DryNites® website, you have agreed that HUGGIES® will use your personal details to send you brand information and details of activities that they feel will be of interest to you. Your details will not be passed to any third parties, and you will be able to unsubscribe at any time.
